Statement of Circumstances

Many times, a tax liability is the result of several factors that causes a taxpayer to fall behind on his or her obligations to the IRS and/or state. The government understands that such factors are sometimes outside the control of the taxpayer and takes that into consideration when working with us to resolve your tax matter. Therefore, to better understand your personal situation and to determine if those factors can strengthen your case, please complete the following Statement of Circumstances.
